22 Days to Heal and Ignite: Day 05

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, but just for good measure, we at Pachavega came up with a 22-day plan to heal your body and ignite your spirit… be inspired, feel amazing and learn to rock 22 delicious recipes that will impress!

Day 05

It is often perceived that muscle-building protein can only be sourced from meat and fish, but there are plant-based potent sources of protein like nuts, lentils, grains, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Even the goji berry contains a complete spectrum of amino acids and is considered to have one of the highest concentrations of protein in a fruit.

Goji Berry Orange Fudge

¼ cup raw almond butter
½ cup raw cacao powder
½ cup coconut nectar/ raw honey/ maple syrup
¾ cup goji berries
1 ½ tbsp virgin coconut oil
2 drops wild orange essential oil
2 tsp vanilla powder
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Place all in the food processor, process until goji berries are hard to identify. Transfer to a mason jar and eat this one by the spoonful!
