Pachavega’s Advanced Raw Food Chef Certification Course will delve deeper into the fine detailed techniques of what it means to be a gourmet, plant-based chef
- Day 1 will cover advanced raw food chef skills like refined food styling and plating; food photography, converting cooked recipes to raw; and dehydrating, fermenting, and marinating techniques.
- Day 2 will involve health and nutrition to aid different stages of our lives, from kids to the senior years as well as support for fertility and pregnancy; and complex flavor combinations.
- Day 3 will delve into a bit of chemistry as we discuss adaptogenic herbs; autonomous recipe development with a personalized dessert and recipe writing including health benefits, history, and origin of the ingredients and the cuisine.
