Our  unique programs will guide you through a personalized plant-based nutrition regimen enabling you to thrive as an  elite  athlete and competitive sport professional while fueling you  with a whole foods, plant-based diet. Based on your dietary history, lifestyle habits and athletic goals, we will fine-tune a custom program with your needs and taste palette in mind.

Kick-Start and Power Up Introductory  Program for Athletes

In this program, will discover where you are at, where you want to go as well as the successes and challenges you have faced thus far in your nutrition. You’ll get tips and tricks on how to implement healthy eating choices right away to Kick-Start and Power Up your athletic goals. Included in this program:

  • 1 hour initial consultation, face-to-face or via Skype with Danielle Arsenault
  • Whole foods grocery list and immediate suggestions to kick-start your nutrition supplementation and enhance athletic performance
  • Personalized seven-day, plant-based whole foods menu plan
  • 1 hour follow-up consultation

Powerful Performance and  Vitality Program

 Included in the program:
  • 1 hour initial consultation, face-to-face or via Skype with Danielle Arsenault
  • 5 focused, 1 hour coaching sessions via telephone (or Skype) each week
  • A final face to face (or Skype) consultation

Throughout the 5 weeks, you will receive weekly assignments, hand-outs and priceless tips and tricks how to make a smooth transition toward implementing this healthy lifestyle and sticking to it.

Step 1: Initial Consultation

In the first 1 hour telephone or Skype consultation, we will discover where you are at, where you want to go as well as the successes and challenges you have faced thus far in your nutrition. Included in this first meeting:

  • Nutrition analysis, diet observation and assessment
  • Whole foods grocery list and immediate suggestions to kick-start your nutrition supplementation and enhance athletic performance

Step 2: Weekly coaching sessions

Now you are on your way. You are ready. Within one week, receive the first out of 5 focused 1 hour 1:1 coaching sessions via telephone or Skype. During these calls, I will support you in your transformation as well as answer any questions you may have. After the first call you will receive:

  • Personalized seven-day, plant-based whole foods menu plan
  • Detailed Detoxification Plan

After every other coaching session, you will receive:

  • A three-point action plan as well as extra tips, tricks and tools to move forward
  • Pre, During and Post training nutrition strategies
  • Adequate nutrient recommendations for training and recovery

Step 3: Final Consultation
One last 1 hour face to face meeting (or Skype) to tie things up and pass on the power to you. During this meeting, client and coach will discuss ways to implement this lifestyle permanently and reach your personal health and athletic goals.

* Face to face meetings can be re-scheduled a week in advance, but I may not be able to accommodate missed or last minute cancellations depending on my schedule.
