Day 09

Smoothies make you feel full for a long time, curbing appetite and supporting cravings – useful for weight management, and the plant fiber is helpful for digestion. Did you know there is zero fibre in animal food products?

Chocolate Banana Cardamom Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 big handful of spinach
½ cup hemp hearts
1 Medjool date
½ tbsp maca powder
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp cardamom or 1 drop of cardamom essential oil
4 cups water

Procedure:
Blend in a high-speed blender until well mixed and frothy – garnish with chia seeds and cacao nibs
