They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, but just for good measure, we at Pachavega came up with a 22-day plan to heal your body and ignite your spirit… be inspired, feel amazing and learn to rock 22 delicious recipes that will impress!

Day 14

Cayenne is one nutrient-dense spice that may alleviate several health issues, especially on your digestive, circulatory, immune and respiratory systems. It helps relieve seasickness, rheumatism, migraines, psoriasis, and helps with allergies, vision problems, and is beneficial for weight management. PS – this recipe rocks so much!

Sweet and Spicy Coconut Chips

Ingredients:
3 cups coconut flakes
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp liquid hickory smoke
1 tsp pink salt
pinch of cayenne

Procedure:
Toss together in a large mixing bowl and then dehydrate on teflex sheets at 118 °F for 4 hours. Remove teflex sheets and continue to dehydrate for 4 more hours until crispy. Store extras in a glass jar and add to everything! Both sweet and savoury dishes will sing with flavour! Try this recipe with thinly sliced eggplant or zucchini instead of coconut for another crispy alternative!
