Day 13

Moringa grows in tropical regions where it has long been used for cooking & medicinal purposes. Dubbed as the Miracle Tree, Moringa has more iron than spinach, more vitamin C than citrus, and more B vitamins & potassium than bananas.

Basil and Moringa Carrot Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped carrots
5 small tomatoes
160 mls coconut cream
2 tbsp fresh basil
1 tbsp miso paste
1 tbsp dried moringa leaf powder

garnish
fresh basil
cayenne pepper
black pepper

Procedure:
Simply place all in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy! Serve chilled with fresh basil, cayenne and black pepper dusted on top.
